Area(s) of Study: 20th-century Norwegian literature. Language politics and policy in Norway.

About: I entered the Nordic program as a PhD student in 2020. My main interests are Nynorsk literature, the Norwegian Maoist movement of the 60s-80s, and translation. I am currently working on two book-length translation projects: a collection of short stories by Tarjei Vesaas and a novel by Johan Harstad.
