Donate to the Slavic Program
Our sincere thanks to the many alumni and friends who have generously supported the University of Wisconsin’s Slavic Program in the past. Private gifts are increasingly critical to ensure that the Program maintains its stature as one of the nation’s premier programs. Your donations help us to assist promising undergraduate majors and provide them with a range of extracurricular and leadership opportunities, host a stimulating series of talks and other scholarly activities, and attract and support the research and teaching of top faculty and graduate students. Your gift can also support cultural activities on campus of interest to students and the greater Madison community.
Gifts of any size are most welcome and gratefully received. As you can imagine, gifts provide the greatest flexibiliy when made to our main Slavic Program Fund, but if you have a a larger amount in mind, you can dedicate your gift to help promote the teaching of a particular Slavic language and culture in our curriculum (Czech, Polish, Russian or Serbo-Croatian) at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Faculty, staff, graduate students and undergraduate students are ready and eager to find good uses for your support.
