Dutch Language Table – Spring 2024
The Dutch language table takes place virtually from 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm on Thursdays (Central time)

This Koffieuurtje will be held on Monday, February 12 at 12pm in the Rathskeller. Those who are interested can come practice their Dutch while playing some Dutch card and board games! Contact fshepherd2@wisc.edu with any questions.
Kaffeestunde – Hosted by GNS+ Graduate Students
Kaffeestunde (Coffee hour), conversation hours for Undergrad students to practice their German language skills outside of the classroom.

The GDGSA is hosting a “Mittagstisch” every Monday from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm in Van Hise 818.

Stammtisch – Hosted by the UW German Club
Stammtisch is a German conversation table held in the Memorial Union Rathskeller. It’s a great way to meet other German speakers and practice your German in a fun, casual setting outside of the classroom. Come for 10 minutes or stay the whole time—we would love to see you there! Just look for the table with the German flag. ALL levels of German are welcome!

Norwegian Language Table – Spring 2024
The Scandinavian Studies program offers a weekly Norwegian conversation table (Samtalebord) for students at any level. This will be every other Tuesday at 2:30-3:30 in 1312 Van Hise Hall, starting January 31. Please write to David Smith (dmsmith34@wisc.edu) with any questions.
