Teaching Environments: Workshop on German Ecological Thought in the Classroom

April 11, 2022 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Join us for a virtual workshop on how to implement critical environmental thinking in the German classroom at all levels. Kiley Kost, Dan Nolan, and Seth Peabody will introduce different ways of teaching environmental topics and illustrate how the Environment and Engagement in German Studies website can be a useful resource when developing or revising teaching material. In the interactive part of the workshop, participants will brainstorm ideas for and create teaching materials to be shared on the website. While everyone is welcome, we are encouraging especially graduate students to join this collaborative workshop. (www.carleton.edu/german/sustainability)
