The Many Hats of a German/SLA/Linguistics Faculty Member (Susanne Rott)

Professor Susanne Rott (https://german.uic.edu/profiles/rott-susanne/) will describe the multiple teaching, research, and administrative roles that she has played and is playing as an expert in an interdisciplinary field (Second Language Acquisition). She would also like to answer questions that graduate students in German might have as they plan or embark on their careers, regardless of their research specialization. Please feel free to ask away! Susanne will also give a research talk (together with her frequent collaborator Joe Barcroft) the following day (Friday, 12-1).
